I wish I could rate this lower than one star. I made an order and kept checking on the delivery, only to discover it was mistakenly sent to Ireland. They said they’d get the parcel back and send it to me, but now it’s been three weeks and still no package. I’ve been chasing them for updates, but there’s been no response despite my multiple emails. This has dragged on for eight weeks now, so I finally decided to file a claim with PayPal. Luckily, I paid for the items that way; otherwise, I’m not sure how I’d get my money back. I spent over £60 on this order, including some gifts for Christmas, which is such a bummer. The customer service is really poor. They might ignore you, but they sure are quick to take your money. Now, I have to wait until mid-December to hear back from PayPal. If they don’t respond, I’ll at least get my money back.

I purchased a set of reusable diapers, but the sizes of the diapers and the cover were mismatched. They claimed I received the correct products, but I could send them back at my own cost if I chose to. I argued that the company should cover the return shipping. I'm still hanging tight for a reply to my email from 18/08, even after I followed up.

My order problem got sorted out super fast and without any hassle. They even threw in a chocolate bar with the corrected order - such a sweet gesture! The way they handled the issue was a big weight off my shoulders. A delighted three-year-old got her birthday gift just when it was supposed to arrive. Much appreciated!

I could seriously eat this delightful bar of goodness! It’s my happy bar; my skin feels and looks fantastic, and it clears up my complexion right away! I've used so many already, I just can’t get enough of it. I almost go through a whole bar in one go, it’s just so fresh, has such an uplifting scent, and it’s all completely natural, 👌🏻💯 so no worries about any harmful stuff, it’s just an incredible product! Taking care of myself or enjoying some quality me time is just divine with this soap bar 🧼💝
